Once again, the Startrans team participated in the Buti Buti Logistics Party in Barcelona, organized by Diario del Puerto. In its 13th edition, the event debuted a new location at Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, and the response couldn’t have been more enthusiastic: over 6,000 attendees from more than 200 companies. On May 30th, we took a well-deserved break to highlight the value of the logistics sector’s work with a festive day that fosters unity in the industry.

Startrans would like to congratulate the organizers for the excellent choice of venue and for the comprehensive program of activities and performances that undoubtedly help strengthen the bonds among the thousands of professionals working in logistics. “Seeing the people we work with every day is a joy because it puts a face to the suppliers we’re constantly in contact with, and the day also presents a great opportunity for business networking,” emphasized Sara Gil, Head of Customs Affairs, AEO, and Quality at Startrans.
La Buti Buti invites the logistics sector
Centered around a communal meal featuring the traditional butifarra sausage with mongetes (white beans), the Buti Buti event invites logistics industry professionals every year to enjoy a day full of entertainment and charitable activities.
This 13th edition featured live entertainment throughout the event, including street performances, a drum troupe, music for all tastes, DJs, dancing, raffles organized by participating companies, and charity booths supporting the Cromosuma Foundation and the Jubert Figueras Foundation. The Startrans team had an amazing time at the event, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s edition!
